So, I get up to head to the pool and can't find my KEYS!!!! seriously, for about 20 minutes , they are no where- then find them and it's too late to get there, swim and get home!!

Well i had a similar frustration this AM, but it wasnt the keys. I made it all the way to the pool locker room b4 i realized that i forgot my suit and goggles. So i showered up and got to work early - hopefully i can sneak out and get a late afternoon workout in!
