Hey guys- just wanted to drop in and say hi. I've been fighting a minor cold so my training has been a little slow. Heading back to the pool the remainder of the week. I know we mentioned getting a running group together for the 1/2 or full marathon. What day's did we decide? Also- Amy/ Michael: you mentioned blue and orange for our small group. What color of blue do you have in mind? (website link)? Hope all is well and feeling better than me.

Hi Marco!!
It was good to see you at the volleyball game last night and catch up ( briefly)!!!
Michael and I have been "off" on our training since Stonebridge.. he has a stress fracture in his foot and I am still nursing the same joint/toe issue as last winter... sooooo.... taking it slow right now!
The official master's swim program will start up in January at the Natatorium!! YAY!! The city approved it and I am going to coach most of the sessions but they are hiring someone else for the lunch time session.
Hope everyone is doing well... we are going to focus more effort into the website and training group as the colder months progress
and yes, the blue is a bright , aqua blue like the website and the orange is bright ornage. we have been looking at a couple of sites to do some ordering in the early spring!
