Hey guys- I did my last sprint tri,(Monster Tri), of the season. Now it's training for the 1/2. Just wanted to remind everybody that the white rock registration is half full right now. Registration through October 31 for the half is $60.00 and $65.00 after the 31 through November 15 (something like that).
How did you guys do at the Plano Tri a couple of weeks ago?

I am still out of running and look to be out for a couple more weeks, not sure about Michael... he is still out of his running shoes as well, but will be back soon- just not soon enough- MAYBE!!
We should all go for drinks sometime since training has taken a hiatus for me !! FIRE UP!
