WOW- haven't seen you in a long while! BOO-- how was monster tri??
I am still out of running and look to be out for a couple more weeks, not sure about Michael... he is still out of his running shoes as well, but will be back soon- just not soon enough- MAYBE!!
We should all go for drinks sometime since training has taken a hiatus for me !! FIRE UP!

Hi Marco!!
It was good to see you at the volleyball game last night and catch up ( briefly)!!!
Michael and I have been "off" on our training since Stonebridge.. he has a stress fracture in his foot and I am still nursing the same joint/toe issue as last winter... sooooo.... taking it slow right now!
The official master's swim program will start up in January at the Natatorium!! YAY!! The city approved it and I am going to coach most of the sessions but they are hiring someone else for the lunch time session.
Hope everyone is doing well... we are going to focus more effort into the website and training group as the colder months progress
and yes, the blue is a bright , aqua blue like the website and the orange is bright ornage. we have been looking at a couple of sites to do some ordering in the early spring!

A good workout on very little time is:
15 X 50 sprint with 10 sec rest.
don't elongate the rest, but shorten the set like 10 X 50 if you need. this pushes you aerobically and physically!

So, I get up to head to the pool and can't find my KEYS!!!! seriously, for about 20 minutes , they are no where- then find them and it's too late to get there, swim and get home!!

I'm going to be attending the Texasman Tri, but not racing. I'm taking a bit of time to sit and watch my man race (for once) and maybe get some funny video of him stumbling through transitions... (I'm just kidding babe!!)
